NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 12, 2013, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-019077-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein GMAC Mortgage, LLC is the Plaintiff and Vance Haskell; Theresa Haskell; Unknown Tenants/Owners are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 17th day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21 OF ROSEMONT SECTION ELEVEN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE(S) 127, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
