NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 28, 2014 entered in Case No. 2009CA006168AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Jacky Peyton Cruse; Kimberly Cruse a/k/a Kimberly Sustar; Unknown Spouse of Jacky Peyton Cruse; Unknown Tenant(s); In possession of the subject property are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 14th day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 37.8 FEET OF THE WEST 94 FEET OF LOT 9, ALSO THE NORTH 32.4 FEET OF THE WEST 94 FEET OF LOT 10 AND THE EAST 47 FEET OF SAID LOTS 9 AND 10, LESS THE NORTH 10 FEET OF LOT 9, LEWIS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 65, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
