NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated SEPTEMBER, 06, 2011 and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 16847 of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida CITI PROPERTY HOLDINGS, INC. is Plaintiff and VECHEAMONY LIM; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VECHEAMONY LIM A/K/A DEXTER KING; VILLAS MARQUIS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION I; ANY AND ALL UNKNWON PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVICDUAL DEFENDANTS WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on March 17, 2014 at 11:00 AM, at the Orange County Courthouse, 425 N. Orange Avenue Orlando, FL 32801 on the Orange County Real foreclosure website: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, on the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit F-53, Villa Marquis, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 3009, Page 1376, Together with a Survey and Plot Plan recorded in Condominium Exhibit Book 4, Pages 95 and 96, and all its attachments and amendments thereto, all in the Public Records of Orange County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
