NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 29, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-008029-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR RAMP 2005RS9, is Plaintiff, and JOHN R. GILMORE A/K/A J. PATRICK GILMORE, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 05 day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK A, DOVER SHORES 12TH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK Z, PAGE 11, OF THE PUBLIC RECRODS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
