NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 04, 2014 and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-002037 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and VIOLET GAIL BARGEON A/K/A VIOLET G. BARGEON; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes at 11:00AM, on the 9 day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT(S) 661, OF ROTONDA SHORES AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 7A, ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
