NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 11, 2014 and entered in Case NO. 08-2011-CA-001997 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CREDIT SUISSE FIRST BOSTON MORTGAGE ACCEPTANCE CORP., MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-11 is the Plaintiff and DAVID LEBLANC A/K/A DAVID S. LEBLANC; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID LEBLANC A/K/A DAVID S. LEBLANC N/K/A TARA A. LEBLANC; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes at 11:00AM, on the 14 day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
