NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 11, 2014 and entered in Case No. 12-CA-381 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF AEGIS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005 4, is Plaintiff and Tammy L. Williams; Donald C. Williams; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for ACCU Funding Corporation, a Florida Corporation; Administrator of the Small Business Administration an agency of the Government of the United States of America; Charlotte County, Florida; Section 20 Property Owner's Association, Inc. and William Williams, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on the 23 day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 29, Block 602, Punta Gorda Isles, Section 20, a Subdivision according to the plat thereof as recording in Plat Book 11, Page 2-A through 2-Z-42, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
