NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 29, 2013 and entered in Case No. 1200520CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida wherein, CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE FOR STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2012-13, is the Plaintiff and PATRICK SEUL, et al. are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00 am at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com. in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statues, on the 3 day of March, 2014, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 27, BLOCK 3724, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 63, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE(S) 77A THROUGH 77G OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
