LOTS 3, 15 AND 16, BLOCK 1084, PORT CHARLOTTE SECTION 16, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE(S) 5, 5A-5C, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Ben H. Harris, III, Esquire, the plaintiff's attorney, whose address is Jones Walker LLP, 201 South Biscayne Boulevard, Miami Center, Suite 2600, Miami, Florida 33131 and whose designated email for service is [email protected] within thirty (30) days and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
This notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
