NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on February 12, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 11-2012-CA-001866, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff, and, FOSTER K. LOGENBACH; ALICIA KAO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FOSTER K. LONGENBACH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALICIA KAO; WELLS FARGO BANK NA; BEAU MER CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC; SIEMENS INDUSTRY INC are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 AM in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 on this 10 day of March, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
