NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 11, 2013 and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-009558 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC 1, 1 Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered., is the Plaintiff and ROBERT FREY; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; GOLDEN GATE ESTATES AREA CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 10 day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
