NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-08477 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, successor in interest to Washington Mutual Bank, FA, is the Plaintiff and Randolph P. Whitton a/k/a Randolph Paul Whitton, Great Florida Bank, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 12 day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 8, BLOCK 788, A REPLAT OF A PORTION OF MARCO BEACH UNIT TWENTY-FIVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 86 THROUGH 89, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
