NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 28, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013CA006455AX, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, is Plaintiff and JEFFERY THOMAS A/K/A JEFFREY THOMAS; JOANNE THOMAS; HEATHER GLEN PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY LLC, A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY DBA FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY, are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 12th day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 51, BLOCK A, HEATHER GLEN, PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGES 67 TROUGH 70 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
