CHACON, and UNKNOWN SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST TO COASTAL MORTGAGE LENDERS INC., their creditors, and all other parties claiming by, through, under or against them; all unknown natural persons if alive, and if dead, or not known to be dead or alive, their several and respective unknown assigns, successors in interest, trustee, or any other person claiming by, though, under, or against any corporation or other legal entity named as a defendant and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named, or described defendants or parties or claiming to have any right, title, or interest in the property hereafter described in this action.
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title to the following property in Collier County, Florida:
The East 150 feet of Tract 43, Golden Gate Estates Unit 88, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat book 5, page 27, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Subject to easements, restrictions and reservations of record and taxes for the yeast 2014 and thereafter.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Plaintiff 's attorney, Mateusz M. Szymanski, Esq., Threlkeld & Associates, P.A., 2272 Airport Road South #202, Naples FL, 34112, on or before 03/28/2014, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the Plaintiff 's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition. This notice shall be published once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks in the BUSINESS OBSERVER.
