NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 3rd, 2014, and entered in Case No. 41 2012 CA 005839, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida. Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Stanwich Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2010-3 Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Plaintiff and ANGELA JACKSON A/K/A ANGELA JACKSON-MAINER; ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.manatee.realforeclose.com , SALE BEGINNING AT 11:00 AM ON THE PRESCRIBED DATE on this March 18th, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
