NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 11, 2014 and entered in Case No. 41-2010-CA-001457 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC (Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered.), is the Plaintiff and SANDRA L HUNT; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; IRONWOOD FIFTEENTH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 13th day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 102-AD, IRONWOOD FIFTEENTH CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1072, PAGE 3474, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 15, PAGES 180 THROUGH 186, AND AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM 16, PAGE 89, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCE THERETO.
