NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 15, 2014, entered in Case No. 2012CA007493 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Ventures Trust 2013-I-NH/Newbury REO 2013, LLC is the Plaintiff and Ryan E. Hackney; Heather A. Hackney; Unknown Tenant # 1 in Possession of Subject Property; Unknown Tenant # 2 in Possession of Subject Property are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 18th day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 29, PALMA SOLA PINES II SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 178, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS: COMMENCING AT THE SE CORNER OF LOT 29, PALMA SOLA PINES II SUBDIVISION, THENCE PROCEED WEST 27 FEET TO A POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE NORTH 1 FOOT, THENCE WEST 17 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 1 FOOT, THENCE EAST 17 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 178, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
