NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 13th day of December, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 000669, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Manatee County's Public Auction website, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on the 11th day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, AND THE NORTH 2 FEET OF LOT 19, BLOCK 4, POINCIANA PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 8, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY,
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
