NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-000356 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association, Plaintiff and Lara Ann Alexander and Charles Alexander, Wife and Husband are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Richard B. Shore, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on March 25, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 15 AND 16, BLOCK G, HILL PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 64, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
