NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-004502 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for The Certificateholders of FFMLT Trust 2005-FF2 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-FF2, Plaintiff and Paul Joseph Downing a/k/a Paul J. Downing and Ludmila Kolarikova a/k/a Ludmila Koiarikova a/k/a Ludmilla Kolarikova are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Richard B. Shore, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on March 21, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 44, BRADEN CROSSING, PHASE 1-B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGES 151 THROUGH 155, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
