NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated February 10, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 41 2010 CA 008116, DIVISION: B, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LPBAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is Plaintiff, and BRENDA FIGUEROA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BRENDA FIGUEROA IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; SUNTRUST BANK; MICHAEL ECKER; VITA ECKER; CAVALIER CORPORATION; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendant(s).
R.B. “Chips” Shore, the Clerk of Court Shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., at an online public sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on the 12th day of March, 2014 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 71, WELLESLY ACRES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 104 1/2, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
