Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on February 3, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida described as:
THE EAST 24.05 FEET OF LOT 22 AND ALL OF LOTS 23, 24 AND 25, BLOCK B, TROPICAL PARK, UNIT #2, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 35, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 3316 3RD ST E, BRADENTON, FL 34208; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Manatee County public auction website at, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on March 18, 2014 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
