Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered by the Court on January 28, 2014 in Case No.: CACE 2011-CA-007841-NC in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which New York Community Bank, is the Plaintiff and John Thomas Dobson a/k/a John Thomas Dobson, III, Torey Parmley Dobson, Peppertree Bay Association, Inc., Midnight Pass, LLC, Unknown Tenant 1 and Unknown Tenant 2 are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m., on the 28th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
