YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose Mortgage covering the following real and personal property described as follows, to-wit:
Unit 112, THE PLAZA GARDENS, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1318, Page 376, as thereafter amended, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 12, Page 50, as thereafter amended, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Peter Matthew Knize, Esq., R. John Cole, II & Associates, P.A., 46 N. Washington Blvd., Ste. 24, Sarasota, FL 3236 and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court on or before 30 days from the first publication, otherwise a Judgment may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
