RITTER, in the Circuit Court in and for Sarasota County, Florida, Probate Division, Sarasota, Florida, within the later of three months of the first publication of this notice or thirty (30) days after the date of service of this notice, (1) all claims or demands of creditors of the decedent and others, or be forever barred; and, (2) any objection by an interested person (to whom copy of this notice was mailed) that challenges the validity of said decedent's will, the qualifications of the undersigned personal representative(s), or the venue or jurisdiction of this Court, or be forever barred.
The fiduciary lawyer-client privilege in s.90.5021 applies with respect to the personal representative and any attorney employed by the personal representative.
