NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 11, 2014 and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-000696-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR WELLS FARGO ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION HOME EQUITY ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-2 is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL GUELKER; TARYN GUELKER; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC; ROLAND OAKS ESTATES OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 18th day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
