NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 11, 2014 and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-004928-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR WFASC 2005-AR2 is the Plaintiff and GREGORY J CARLSON; GAIL MARIE CARLSON; NATIONAL CITY BANK; ARBOR THICKET HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A CHELSEA CARLSON are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 11th day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
