Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 15, 2013, and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on February 5, 2014, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
LOTS 2142 AND THE WEST 20 FEET OF LOT 2143, SARASOTA SPRINGS, UNIT 18, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 77, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
a/k/a 4516 LINWOOD ST, SARASOTA, FL 34232
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on March 13, 2014 beginning at 09:00 AM.
