NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 3rd day of December, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 001747 SC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK is the Plaintiff and STEPHEN MEYLAN; AMSOUTH BANK N/K/A REGIONS BANK; PULSUK MAYLAN and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 14th day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 24, TYLER & DARLING'S FIRST ADDITION TO ENGLEWOOD, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 59, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FL.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
