NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 10, 2014 and entered in Case No. 58-2013-CA-000294 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein JAMES B. NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and BETTY HALEBLIAN; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; CENTER GATE VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, SECTION TWO, INC.; CENTER GATE MAINTENANCE AND PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION , INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 18th day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT NO. 22, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF CENTER GATE VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM SECTION II, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 4 AND 4A, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1282, PAGE 1558, ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
