Final Judgment was filed on February 7, 2014 in Civil Case No. 12-CA-57061, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS TRUSTEE FOR ALI 2005-QS16, is the Plaintiff, and, SHERYL L. LOUDEN TRUSTEE OF THE SHERYL LYNN (RENDLEMAN) LOUDEN LIVING TRUST DATED MAY 5, 2008; SHERYL R. LOUDEN A/K/A SHERYL L. LOUDEN A/K/A SHERYL LYNN RENDLEMAN LOUDEN; SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE SHERYL (RENDLEMAN) LOUDEN LIVING TRUST DATED MAY 5, 2008 are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on this 13 day of March, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 31, 32, AND 33, BLOCK 1537, UNIT 17, CAPE CORAL, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 23 THROUGH 38, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
