NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 7, 2014, entered in Case No. 12-CA-050472 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc., is the Plaintiff and Kathryn A. Hoffman; Unknown Spouse of Kathryn A. Hoffman; City of Fort Myers, Florida; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2, are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 13 day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK 1, SOUTH GATE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 106, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
