NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 4, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-050536 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-23, is Plaintiff and CARLOS SALAZAR; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CARLOS SALAZAR; CITY OF CAPE CORAL; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on March 6, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 47 AND 48, BLOCK 1054, O OF CAPE CORAL UNIT 24, AS SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 64 THROUGH 77, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
