NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 7, 2014 entered in Civil Case No. 13-CA-053537 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes at 9:00 am on 10 day of March, 2014 on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
Unit No. 1214 of SANDPIPER AT BONITA BAY, (the “condominium”), a condominium according to the declaration of condominium thereof (the “declaration”), recorded in official records book 2138, page 3927 through 4012, inclusive of the Public Records of Lee County Florida. Together with the exclusive right to use the parking space, lanai, terrace, porch or balcony and storage locker, and the undivided share of the common elements of the condominium, declared in the declaration to the appurtenant thereto. Together with all other appurtenances thereto, including the fixtures and equipment within and exclusively serving the unit.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
