LOT 33, BLOCK 973, TWENTY-SECOND ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCODING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 10, 10A THROUGH 10J, INCLUSIVE, OF THE CURRENT PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
At public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on March 14, 2014 at 9:00 a.m.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
