NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated February 7, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-057545 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Trustee for ACE Securities Corp. Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2006-HE1, Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Plaintiff and Robert L. Sewell Jr. a/k/a Robert Sewell and Constance L. Sewell, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on March 10, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 3 AND 4, BLOCK 418, UNIT 15, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE(S) 69-75, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
