NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 10, 2014 and entered in Case No. 58-2012-CA-009244 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein JAMES B. NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST M. WANDA PARKHURST A/K/A MANOLA WANDA PARKHURST, DECEASED; CARLTON MAYNARD PARKHURST, JR., AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF M. WANDA PARKHURST A/K/A MANOLA WANDA PARKHURST, DECEASED; ROBERT M. ELLIOTT, A PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF M. WANDA PARKHURST A/K/A MANOLA WANDA PARKHURST, DECEASED; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; FOREST PINES ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 18th day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 721, FOREST PINES CONDOMINIUM (F/K/A SECTION 7, FOREST PINES CONDOMINIUM), A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1020, PAGE 596, TOGETHER WITH MERGER RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1698, PAGE 813, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 7, PAGE 6, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
