Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on May 15, 2013, and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on January 29, 2014, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described as:
LOT 495, COLONIAL HILLS UNIT SEVEN, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 7, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on March 6, 2014 beginning at 11:00 AM.
