Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of PASCO County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in PASCO County, Florida described as:
LOT 544, KEY VISTA PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGES 121 THROUGH 128, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2725 Dolphin Watch Court Holiday FL 34691, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, on MARCH 21, 2014, at 11:00 A.M.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
