Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on November 5, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, Paula O'Neil, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
LOT 84, COUNTRY WALK INCREMENT A - PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO SUBDIVISION PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, PAGES 18-22 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 4251 BETHPAGE COURT, ZEPHYRHILLS, FL 33543; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on March 12, 2014 at 11am.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
