NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 30, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 002276 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and BRENDA BRADEN, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 09:00 AM at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 07 day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Commence at the Northwest corner of the East 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 22, Township 36 South, Range 18 East; thence run North 89 degrees 54 minutes East. 759.4 feet to a point at the Northeast corner of Block 'B', as shown on that plat recorded in Deed Book 193, page 586, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida; Thence Southerly, along the easterly boundary of said Block 'B', a distance of 817.5 feet for a P.O.B.; thence East 9.0 feet; thence Southerly 250.0 feet; thence Westerly 107.0 feet; thence Northerly, a distance of 250.0 feet; thence East 100.0 feet to the P.O.B.
LESS: Parcel of L. T. Thompson and Mabel Thompson, husband and wife, by the Warranty Deed, recorded in Deed Book 357, page 174, Parcel to Orville B. Bailey and Bertha M. Bailey, husband and wife, by Warranty Deed, recorded in O. R. Book 614, page 39, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
