and any unknown parties who are or may be interested in the subject matter of this action whose names and residences, after diligent search and inquiry, are unknown to Plaintiff and which said unknown parties may claim as heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees or other claimants claiming by, through, under or against the said Defendants either of them, who are not known to be dead or alive.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a civil action has been filed against you in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, with regard to the fraudulent conveyance of certain real property located in Lee County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 3, Block 13, Unit 4, of Lehigh Acres Re-plat, according to the map or plat thereof on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court recorded in Plat Book 252, Page 461, Public Records of Lee County, Florida, Assessor's Parcel Number: 20-44-27-04-00013.0030.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to this action on PETER HUY, attorney for plaintiffs, whose address is: Kramer Huy, P.A., 950 North Collier Blvd., Suite 101, Marco Island, Florida 34145. Your defenses need to be filed on or before March 31, 2014, and file the original with the clerk of this court before service on plaintiffs or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
