Final Judgment was awarded on February 14, 2014 in Civil Case No. 36-2012-CA-050320, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-FRE2 ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is the Plaintiff, and, MARIO DIAZ; CACV OF COLORADO, LCC; CENTURION CAPITAL CORP., ASSIGNEE OF CHASE; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A VINCENT JONAS; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 17 day of March, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, BLOCK 9, UNIT 2, WILLOW LAKE ADDITION 1, SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27, EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGES 155 THROUGH 157 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
