NUTTER & COMPANY, is the Plaintiff and JOSEPHINE YOUNG; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; TENANT #1 N/K/A PHILIP PAUL YOUNG are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 14 day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
