NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 14, 2014, and entered in 36-2013-CA-053762 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is the Plaintiff and KIWANIS REBECCA WILLIAMS A/K/A KIWANIS R. WILLIAMS A/K/A KIWANIS WILLIAMS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KIWANIS REBECCA WILLIAMS A/K/A KIWANIS R. WILLIAMS A/K/A KIWANIS WILLIAMS N/K/A JOHN DOE; THE MOODY ESTATES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO MOODY RIVER ESTATES SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST MAGNUS FINANCIAL CORPORATION; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). LOT 40, BLOCK E, MOODY RIVER ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 79, PAGES 60 THROUGH 67, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
