NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-011739ES in the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK,AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST2007-OA10 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-OA10, Plaintiff, and, YVETTE SANTACRUZ AKA YVETTE C SANTACRUZ JOSE SANTACRUZ AKA JOSE A SANTACRUZ, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at the hour of 11:00AM, on the 18th day of March, 2014, the following described property:
LOT 103, COUNTRY WALK INCREMENT E PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, PAGES 75 TO 83, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
