JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and CORRIN A. GAMBLE; VINCENT N. SAVIGNANO; VILLAGIO AT ESTERO CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 16 day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 7-201, OF VILLAGIO, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICAL RECORDS BOOK 4253, PAGE 4271, AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS OF BOOK 4253, PAGE 4397, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
