NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule the Foreclosure Sale Date dated January 29, 2014 entered in Civil Case No. 51-2008-CA-007725ES of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and TANYA BARRETT, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Pasco County's On-Line Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on March 6, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to-wit:
Tract 37 of the unrecorded Plat of SIERRA PINES being further described as follows Commencing at the Southeast Corner of Section 32, Township 26 South, Range 18 East, Pasco County Florida, run thence N 00Ëš23'37” E along the East boundary of said Section 32, a distance of 340 4 feet, thence N 89Ëš46'50” W, a distance of 3700 00 feet for the Point of Beginning, thence (continue) N 89Ëš46'50”, a distance of 150 0 feet, thence N 00Ëš23'37” E, a distance of 290.4 feet; thence S 89Ëš46'50” E, a distance of 150 0 feet thence S 00Ëš23'37” W, a distance of 290 4 feet to the point of beginning Sunstate Model # 5563-D; 28' X 56 'doublewide Mobile Home with vehicle identification # SSM-FLA-D-3-22659A and SSM-FLA-D-3-22659B (HUD Label # 289304 & 289305), which by intention of the parties and upon retirement of the certificate of title as provided in 319.261 FLA. STAT., shall constitute as a part of the reality and shall pass with it.
