MYERS A/K/A JEFF MYERS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; HSBC FINANCE CORPORATION AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO HSBC BANK NEVADA, N.A; CAPITAL ONE BANK(USA), N.A.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at [X] BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 26 day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 30 AND 31, BLOCK 96, UNIT 7, SAN CARLOS PARK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 315, PAGE 129, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
