NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2013-CA-000612-WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Countryplace Mortgage, LTD, Plaintiff and Arlie J. Gipson and Amanda L. Gipson, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on March 27, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 21, GOLF CLUB VILLAGE, BEACON WOODS VILLAGE 12-B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE(S) 133-135, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
